Return Window

We offer refund or exchange within the first 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since purchase, a return, exchange, or refund may not be offered.

Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange, the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as received, and it must have original packaging.

Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange. Items are replaced based on exchange requests only if found defective or damaged.

Exemptions and Processing

For accepted exchange or return requests, once the returned product or item is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you of receipt. If approved after quality check, the request will be processed in accordance with our policies.
