Cancellation and refund rules for purchases made through Syncify Payments.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 1 day of placing the order.
Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to sellers or merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated shipping, or if the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep where applicable.
Non-Cancellable Items
7012694922 does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, and similar goods. Refund or replacement may be considered if the user establishes that the delivered product quality is not acceptable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, report the issue to our customer service team within 1 day of receipt.
If the product received is not as shown on the site or not as expected, notify customer service within 1 day of receiving it. The customer service team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.
For complaints relating to products covered by manufacturer warranty, please refer the issue to the manufacturer.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved by 7012694922, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
